In my experience with horses and ponies, I have noticed that horses are more sensitive to energy than we are
Horses are more sensitive to chi energy and more affected by it.
In contrast, most humans do not have this capacity or natural ability to feel energy so easily and our energy is not spontaneously open like the horses.
I believe that the differences in our energetic ability is something that creates a barrier, a glass ceiling, that we are not even aware of between us and our horses.
I believe that if we can redress this imbalance even a little, our partnership will become more equal and also deeper, as we can connect with them on the levels that they already have the ability to connect with us on.
And they will feel more comfortable being with us, because we can feel in a way, what they can feel too.
My name is Jenny Pim, I'm just an ordinary person, an ordinary rider, but I have a huge interest in helping horses and people to connect and be happy and relaxed together as I think we are so lucky to be able to ride and spend time with horses, they are the most amazing creatures.
I'm a Certified Tai Chi Instructor and a Certified Riding Coach registered with Horse Sport Ireland and I'm the founder and creator of Equestrian Tai Chi and Tao Riding.
I live in Ireland with my husband, dogs and ponies, with occasional visits from our three grown-up sons and grandchild!
I believe that we can try to help horses by connecting and communicating with them in a way that is natural for them, and that is through energy.

You'll learn to awaken your internal energy and to feel it flow in your body.
Through learning the exercises to develop your energy, your energy body will begin to awaken, you'll begin to feel chi flow in your body.
Through learning to feel chi flow, your awareness of energy will be appreciated and noticed by your horse and it will be a focus of connection between you.
You'll learn to awaken special places in your energy system that are important and relevant to riding.
As your awareness deepens, your horse becomes aware of you being aware and a deeper more subtle connection forms between you.
You'll learn alignments that will promote the smooth flow of chi through your body.
Through learning the alignments, you will come to open and develop your energy and to realise how you're connected inside.
You'll learn Equestrian Tai Chi.
If you have already learned Equestrian Tai Chi is some of my courses, this program is ideal for you.
If you are new to it, your energy will become very smooth and very easy for your horse to be near and your horse will naturally be drawn more to wanting to connect with you.
You will relax both of your nervous systems as you practice and your energy fields will unite with your practice.
You'll learn to unite with the energy of your horse.
You can help yourself and your horse to feel safe and connected learning to ride as one united energy.
Your partnership will deepen as you're connecting at a deeper energetic level.
All of this leads to making the connection between you and your horse more satisfying for both of you.
When we ride as one united energy with our horse, we are really connecting at the level of spirit, this gives life to our partnership as there is something inside us both that draws us together and wants this connection to happen between us.
*Please know that feeling chi and learning energetic processes is something that cannot be forced, chi needs time to develop.
There are variations in how people feel energy, in the same way there are variations in how they have different abilities in other things.

- You'll begin learning to feel chi flow through specialised energy exercises for horseback and riding.
Month 2
- You'll learn about awakening would internal energy and about your energy system.
- You'll continue learning alignments that will help chi flow in your body.
- You'll learn Equestrian Tai Chi.
- You'll continue learning to feel chi flow through specialised energy exercises for horseback and riding.
Month 3
- You'll learn to unite with the energy of your horse riding.
- You'll learn Equestrian Tai Chi.
- You'll continue learning to feel chi flow through specialised energy exercises for horseback and riding.
As well there are Weekly Challenges to help with accountability.
Each week you'll be invited to take part in a Challenge.
The Challenges will help you get through the Program and make sure that you and your horse get the most out of it. You don't have to take part in the Challenges, they are available for you, if you want them.
As well as this there are two Zoom Practice Calls every month.
These are calls where we can meet up and practice together. You don't have to attend the Zoom Practice Calls, but they are available for you if you want them.
The calls are at 9am Pacific time/5pm Ireland/UK time on Thursdays; 27th February, 13th March, 27th March, 10th April, 24th April, 8th May.
For people who are not able to attend these due to time zone differences, there will be practice calls at 9am Ireland/UK time on Fridays; 28th February, 14th March, 28th March, 11th April, 25th April, 9th May.
There will be replays of the practice calls for attendees only to allow for privacy.
Awaken Your Internal Energy and Unite with the Energy of Your Horse is a three month Program that is part of the Tao Riding Membership.

The Tao Riding Membership has four Three Month Programs. You can stay in the Tao Riding Membership just for one Program, or remain longer if you wish to do the other Programs.
