Interactive Equine Tai Chi & Letting Go of The Energy that Binds Us

On online course for Therapists and Facilitators to learn Interactive Equine Tai Chi & How to Let Go of The Energy the Binds Us and to learn how to teach these practices to the people they help.

What will we be learning in Interactive Equine Tai Chi Movement & Letting go of The Energy that Binds Us?
There are two main subjects in this Program for Therapists and Facilitators who help people with horses and these are; Interactive Equine Tai Chi and Clearing and Releasing Energy Blockages in the Etheric Field. As well there will be a special subject about the Relaxation of the Eyes.
What is Interactive Equine Tai Chi?
Interactive Equine Tai Chi is Tai Chi that is designed for two people to practice together near a horse or for one person to practice near a horse and build a special bondIt can benefit children, teenagers and adults. It can help people who are suffering from stress, tension, anxiety, from mild forms of depression, from lack of self esteem, it can benefit children and people with learning needs, and it can benefit people and children with Autism. It can benefit children and teenagers who adore being in the presence of the horse and who would like to help them and develop a deeper bond with them.
I developed the interactive form of Tai Chi where you practice with another person, during a weekly class with one of my students, Zion, who has Autism. Like many people with Autism, Zion is affectionate and caring and he loves animals and they have a natural affinity with him. By practicing together near the horse, it had so many benefits, it helped him to relax, to focus and concentrate, to make eye contact. It also was a way of showing him how his practice could affect another, to notice as the horse would often visibly relax in our practice and then become unrelaxed, should the rhythm of our practice be suddenly interrupted.
Interactive Equine Tai Chi has many elements which contribute to its benefits, whether you practice with another person near a horse or just on your own near a horse.
It combines the positive effects of the therapeutic energy and presence of the horse with the benefits of Tai Chi.
The practice has a calming effect on the person and on the horse or pony.
It's a mutual practice, where the human's practice benefits the pony as well as him/herself, and in turn the human receives the magnified effects of the calm energy of the horse!
The energy moves through our thoughts and emotions as well as our body when we practice, bringing them to the surface, making it easier for us to feel them, and so our practice can help to balance them.
It helps to develop a bond between the human and the horse or pony and allow them to feel empathy for each other on many levels that develops a bond and is nurturing for them both.
It give the child/person the opportunity to interact with other beings in a way that he/she would normally not have and to benefit from the wonderful presence and energy of the horse.
What is Clearing and Balancing the Etheric Field?
Chi is the life force energy of all beings. Chi flows in our physical body and Chi also moves in the energy field that surrounds our body, our Etheric Field.
For millennia many of the major civilisations have worked with The Etheric Field to promote health and well-being.
Clearing and Balancing the Etheric Field is based on Taoist Methods that are thousands of years old. Its methods are gentle, they work with the energy of the body and the Etheric Field.
Our Etheric Field can be clouded by stagnant energy relating to issues that are generated by the person themselves and it can also absorb unwanted energetic influences from other beings outside his energy field.
When the Etheric Field is clouded, it’s more difficult for us to have a clear sense the protective layer of energy around us, and to distinguish us and our identity from all the other energies that surround us.
We learn to gently resolve stagnant and unwanted energies and allow us to feel calm and relaxed, and to have a clearer sense of self. We learn how to connect to the energetic flow in our Etheric Field that is balancing and restoring for us. We learn to connect in harmony to the Yin Yang energies that flow through us.
The following are some of the things we'll be learning in the course:-
Interactive Equine Tai Chi
The Interactive Equine Tai Chi Form is a sequence of movements performed in a flowing manner. Each movement has a different name and energy pattern associated with it, that brings energy to the places in the body, that it's important for it to have good health!
Interactive Equine Chi Gung Exercises
While the Equine Tai Chi Form is a sequence of movements, Equine Chi Gung exercises are single movements repeated multiple times. The Equine Chi Gung movements are less elaborate than the Equine Tai Chi Form and may be easier for some of your students to learn.
How to have your body in alignment, so you do not block or leak Chi from your system
We'll learn how to have our body in the optimum position to promote the smooth flow of Chi through our body and simple exercises to help us keep our body in alignment so our bodies and minds benefit from our Chi practice.
Different Types of Tension, Physical, Chi, Emotional and Mental
We'll learn about how our practice can benefit these four types of tension.
We'll learn about the importance of the relaxation of the Eyes in relation to the Nervous System.
We'll learn simple exercises that will help to relax the eyes and relieve tension in them.
We'll learn about the Centre of your Horse's Being.
We'll learn were it is, how to sense it and how this is considered to be ultimate place for relationships and connection.
We'll learn about your horse's Etheric Field.
We'll learn how our practice affects it and connects us.
We'll learn about our Etheric Field and how our practice affects it.
Our Chi practice directly affects the energy in our Etheric Field.
We'll learn how to release and resolve energy blockages and how to teach this to our clients.
*This practice will only be suitable for your students who come regularly, they would need to have learned and practiced Interactive Equine Tai Chi several sessions before you would being to introduce this and neither would it be suitable for people with learning needs.
