'How to Manage Your Mindset & Emotions Riding', is an interactive online training I developed to help riders to manage their emotions riding.
It's mainly for people who get nervous riding, just sometimes or a lot of the time, and it's also for people who want to keep their horses calm.
- It's for riders who may be confident most of the time and they just get nervous in certain situations, such as riding in open spaces, or in competition or riding certain horses.
- It's also for riders who feel anxious a lot of the time.
- It's also for riders who are quite confident but who want to learn to keep their horses calm in certain situations.
This is an interactive online training, where you're encouraged to learn and practice each week and to write about your progress in our Forum, for your own interest and also to get feedback and support!
