Hi I'm Jenny
I'm Jenny Pim, a Certified Tai Chi Instructor registered with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and a Certified Riding Coach registered with Horse Sport Ireland.
I developed this Workshop for riders who are interested in learning How to Manage their Mindset & Emotions Riding, but who'd rather take a short course or workshop, to see if they liked it, rather than committing themselves to a longer course.
I also created the Workshop so that riders can see how responsive their horses are to them, when they begin to relax and let go as they practice the exercises in this training.
And I also developed the Workshop to give horses a chance to show their riders, how much they relax when their riders practice them!
What are the Benefits of How to Manage Your Mindset & Emotions Riding?
Horses are very sensitive to energy to the energy in our physical body, to our internal Chi, to the energy of our emotions and to the energy of our thoughts.
We affect our horse by how we feel and our horse affects us by how he/she feels. We affect each other with the energy of our thoughts and emotions.
This is why it's so important for us to learn to be balanced and calm when we're around horses and to learn how to manage our fear and anxiety should it arise when we're riding.
Practicing the specialised energy exercises specifically designed for horseback and riding bring us back to balance and make us feel more coherent inside.
They give us the ability to manage our emotions when we're riding and to keep our body in a calm relaxed state, so we can have a clear head and do whatever it is that we want to do.
We learn to manage ourselves and be prepared for the times when we feel as if our fear might overcome us.
In my program 'How to Manage your Mindset & Emotions Riding' you can learn to manage how you feel riding, and to let go of the blocked energy that influences you.
Here's what you will learn –
How to access the interior of body through your Chi.
How to calm your body when you ride, using the Chi of your body.
How to use your Chi to counteract or diminish the energy of fear rising in you.
How to get your horse to focus on you and for you to connect together in harmony.
How to open your energy when you ride so it flows easily from you to your horse and from your horse back to you, offering a secure feeling of connection for the horse as well as you.
You will develop these abilities through learning specialised energy and breathing exercises specifically developed for riding and being on horseback.
You will also learn to find and let go of energy in your field that may be holding you back and making you more fearful that you feel you should be.
When we can manage ourselves like this, it gives us so much confidence in ourselves and our own ability to help ourselves.
As a Special Bonus with the course, we learn how to connect with the Wood Element and to feel its energy in us.
How is the Workshop Presented?
The 4 Week Workshop takes place online at our Learning Website.
On Monday Morning, you'll receive an email with your login details and your link to the Website.
When you login, you'll see your First Module with the exercises to Practice and you'll be invited to introduce yourself in the Forum.
Then in two weeks time you'll get your second Module you'll get a new exercise or a new alignment to practice and to integrate with what you've already learned.
This is the Taoist way of learning, to separate and then combine.
You'll also be invited to make a log of your practice during the week, if that is something you would like to do.
Here's what you will receive –
As soon as you join, you'll be sent an email with a link to our training website with your login details. When you login you'll see the first Module with the Chi exercises and breathing exercises and the letting go of blocked energy training. You'll be asked to introduce yourself in the Forum and to watch the video about how to energy the Challenges! The Challenges are how we learn!
Every fortnight in your course, you'll receive a new Module with new material/exercises to learn and you'll be invited to take part in a new Challenge!
You'll learn the material in the Module and then practice it and come and report in the Challenge Forum about how you're getting on! You'll receive feedback and encouragement with your practice.
This way of learning has been proved to be 68% more effective than just learning in an online course! And the best part is that it is fun!
When practising the challenges within the mindset course I have been able to focus energy for calm and relaxation, the horses I work with have benefited hugely and it keeps them calm and very trusting too.
The variety of exercises are great fun to practice and really help me to tune into my own energy, I've had some lovely moments of practise both on the ground and ridden within the new challenges. The horses really appreciate the practice and are all so pleased to see me when I arrive!!
I have just got off Belle & had a wonderful time with her – she is the one that has always been fully charged & go, go, go! I really concentrated on my breathing for riding exercises today as well as ensuring I stayed grounded – She stayed calm & I think she ‘listened’ or perhaps responded to me by staying calm, focused & balanced herself even in canter. She never ran through the bridle (which she used to do). Even after the session back in the stable I have never known her be so calm & look so happy as she did today!
