I'm the founder and creator of Equestrian Tai Chi. I'm a Certified Tai Chi Instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and a Certified Riding Coach with Horse Sport Ireland. I volunteered with RDAI (Riding for the Disabled Association Ireland) for two years and I taught Tai Chi to Members from the National Council for the Blind in Ireland for two years.
