Maybe you are worried you won’t be able to learn Equestrian Tai Chi?

I have made it as easy as I know how to learn the movements, this is what people had to say about it.

Just wanted to let you know that I am loving everything about the course so far. The instructions are simple and super clear, the videos make it really easy to follow and learn the form, and the combination of energy and movement just makes me feel wonderful.

I really liked the full length video, very beautiful!! And then having it broken down into the smaller movements so we can learn it — the full movement to me was a little daunting (how would I every learn all that?!) then I realized I knew part of it, and that you had given it in the module in a way to make it very doable.
