Riding Release Therapy

Riding Release Therapy is where we use our awareness of energy riding, developed in Equestrian Tai Chi for Therapeutic Riding Instructors, to find and let go of stagnant energy in our body, when we’re riding.

If we’ve had traumatic experiences, the energy of the memory of these experiences remain in our body, in the energy field in our body and cause us to feel how we felt when the original event, or series of events happened.

At times we can be triggered and how we feel can be worse, as the energy of the blockages becomes activated, at other times we might not feel so bad, but these blockages are always there in the background noise of our energy field affecting us subliminally.

When we release this stagnant energy, our energy can flow more freely again, helping us to feel more vibrant and alive inside, making it easier for us to engage with life.

The training for Riding Release Therapy can be taken on a mentorship basis, either with or after the Equestrian Tai Chi for Therapeutic Riding Instructors Course.
