When we have the thought our horse might spook, what happens the thought

Hello there. Thank you for joining me for this episode of the Equestrian Tai Chi and Tao Riding podcast. And this episode is about what happens, the thought in your head when you think that your horse might be going to spook. Now this is really relating to before you go out riding. So say you want to go riding and this thought pops up in your head. What happens if he or he might spook or something like this?

So I just want to backtrack a bit on this thought and see where it came from, how it was formed, and how it affects you.

So if something happens that’s very difficult for us to integrate into the flow of our lives, our energy relating to that thing doesn’t flow. It doesn’t flow with the normal energy of our day in our energy field the way we flow with everything else, because it was too difficult for us to process. It had too much in it for us to be able to integrate into the normal flow of our lives. So our energy remains congealed relating to that thing or that thought in our energy field.

So a little memory of the thing that happened to us is formed in our energy field.

And it will remain there until it maybe it will gradually ebb away after time.

But what can also happen is that it can get added to by other thoughts that are similar.

So say you have another thought. The next day you’re going out riding. I wonder what’ll happen if my horse spooks or he’s going to spook or something’s going to happen. Say you have that same thought again.

It’s going to really add to the original thought, especially if you’re very worried about this. So if you weren’t not worried about it, a blockage probably wouldn’t be formed.

But if you were worried, it probably would be formed.

But the thing about these blockages that we’re creating is that they’re helping us to think those thoughts.

So what happens is if we’re in a similar situation to the one we were in the first time, when the first blockage was formed, or the first time the energy was congealed in our field, then the vibration of this time or this situation is going to help trigger and activate this memory in our energy field.

And then we’re going to think that thought again.

And this is going to build so we can keep thinking thoughts. And if they are too difficult for us to process, they’ll keep adding to the original blockage or another maybe similar one relating to something else that’s maybe a small bit different, but it is related. So these are going to create a field around us over time, and we’re going to affect our horse with them because these little blockages have vibrations of energy in them relating to how we felt at the time, which was probably quite traumatic.

And they can affect us. And our horse is so sensitive to energy that they’ll also affect him.

So that’s why it’s important that we learn to clear these blockages blockages and to let them go so that they’re not triggering us so much, so they’re not clouding our field, and so they’re not affecting our horse as well.

But there’s another reason why it’s important that we let these blockages go, and that is because they cloud our consciousness from us. So our consciousness could be our essence. You can call it different things, but it’s the essence of who we really are.

And all of the blockages relating to all of the conditionings of our life will cloud our essence from us.

And it’s really through essence, consciousness that we can connect.

So our blockages that are clouding us and triggering us, this is relating to fear or different things that aren’t going well for you riding.

They’re not only triggering us, but they’re also affecting our horse. And as well as this, they’re clouding our consciousness from us and in a way preventing us from connecting with the consciousness of our horse because it is through consciousness that true connection is created.

So in Chi Connection in Tao Riding, this is a little course at the beginning of the Tao Riding membership. Well, it’s about three month, a three month course, but the theme of it will continue in the membership.

It relates to letting go of these blockages. So we’re going to find where they are in our body and to let them go and to form a connection with our horse through our energy.

I hope wherever you are that you’re well and that your horses are well and that the weather is being good to you.

I wish again all the wars in the world would stop. There’s just dreadful starvation and suffering in the world now, and there’s enough going on without that happening.

And there’s also things going on in the horse world as well. And I think this is a time of change, and we’re really going to see what’s going to happen or more will be revealed I think to us as the days and months and years move on for us in the horse world.

So thank you again for joining me for this episode and I look forward to connecting with you here again in the next one.
