Connecting With Your Energy ….

connect2 (1)

As you progress through the 4 Modules, the awareness that you have of your energy, is developed in stages.

Regular practice of Equestrian Tai Chi enhances this process and makes it quicker.

  • The first stage is learning to feel the energy between your hands.
  • The second stage is learning to move this energy around.
  • The third stage is learning to feel the energy in your extremities, and you will know for sure that your energy is connected.
  • The fourth stage is learning to feel your internal energy, as it moves in waves through your body, according to the actions that you make.

As you move through the stages in Connecting With Your Energy, you will have the conviction that your practice is working, as you begin to feel your energy almost like a concrete thing.
