Maybe you have been thinking about Equestrian Tai Chi for a while now and you’ve been putting it off, watching from the sidelines…

Here’s the thing, why not start now, at the beginning of a New Year?
If you just keep putting it off and off, you will never do it, because it is not an essential thing, it is something that gives relaxation and pleasure and somehow we are programmed to deny ourselves this.

I can’t say if your horse will like this or not, but why not give it a try? Imagine if your horse did like it, think of all the pleasure you could have together? Think of what you would have missed if you didn’t try it.

Whether we meet in this programme or not, I hope you will continue to have an open mind about horses and using energy as a way of communicating and bonding with them.
