Horse’s judge us by the energy inside of us

When we’re connected to our centre and our energy is balanced our horses see us as someone attractive to spend time with.

The more we develop a sense of self, the more we are unrocked by events that happen us in the world.

Then we can become a support to others, and our presence is one that our horse is drawn to want to connect with.

If our energy is in balance and in harmony, it is more like the natural energy of the horse and therefore the energy is easier for him to mix with.

It will give him pleasure and offer no threat to him.

Every day we have energetic interactions with people and these interactions may or may not leave energetic residue in our energy system, depending on how impressive the event was on us.

A daily practice clears these energetic residues so our energy can flow in a smooth and balanced way.

More than this when we are in balance and harmony with ourselves, we can bring a sense of Well Being to our horse. The quality of one affects the quality of the other.
