I think most riders want to deepen their harmony and connection with their horse when they ride.
What I love doing is helping horse riders, whether they be instructors or riders, to balance and awaken their internal energy so they can feel it flow in harmony with the movement of their horse and so they can communicate and connect with their horse through their energy/Chi.
What I feel is important for me to share is that from what I’ve come to learn and to understand is that horses can be more aware of us energetically than we are of ourselves.
They can feel our Chi/energy flowing and moving in us even if we cannot, and not only that, they can also discern differences in the vibration of the different layers of our energy.
When riders learn to feel their Chi flow and connect though their Chi with their horse they come to realise that the horse needs no training in this at all, it is a natural and easy way for the horse to communicate with us.
Horse’s are just so intuitive to our energy and when we can awaken and develop our energy, we can access a deeper dimension inside ourselves that the horse is already able to connect with and this adds a whole new depth to our partnership.
Please click here if you’d to be informed about our next Workshop ‘An Introduction to Awakening and Balancing your Energy and Connecting through Chi Riding’.
This online training is for horse riders, (please note if you’re an instructor there is another training for you). The riders would need to have a horse to practice on, and be able to spend about an hour a day for at least 3/4 days a week for the four weeks of the Workshop. This time would include learning the exercises in the course, practicing them on their horse and writing up about their practice in the Forum where they would get feedback and support!
No previous energy training is necessary though if they have practiced other modalities they are very welcome!
If the riders enjoy learning and practicing the material in this Introduction Workshop, then they can join the longer training once the Workshop is over.
This Workshop would be a good fit for you if you’ve always been wondering about Chi and feeling a bit in the dark about it.
It would be a fit for you if you are excited to develop a deeper connection with your horse and you’d love to have a practice to share with your horse.
It would be a fit for you if you like learning in step by step but in detail.
This might not be a fit if you are not riding at the moment, it’s really for riders who are riding on a weekly basis.
