Module 1

The 5 Foundation exercises for Taoist Breathing For Riding

You will learn how to get a fear tight breathing cycle, you will learn the places where fear is most likely to enter your breathing cycle and how to keep it out.

The first 8 movements of The Equestrian Tai Chi FormĀ This is a beautiful sequence that builds movement by movement. It promotes Chi flow and relaxation all throughout your body.

You will learn how to heal and deal with memories of your Past that trouble you in your Present.

 

Module 2

In Taoist Breathing you will learn how to relax the parts of your body with your breath that are important to riding.

You will learn movements 9 – 12 of The Equestrian Tai Chi Form.

You will learn why is it so important to relax in The Present, why it is difficult and how to make it possible.

Module 3

You will learn Breathing Strategies for different situations. You will also learn how to include your etheric field in your breathing practice.

You will learn movements 13 – 16 of The Equestrian Tai Chi Form.

You will learn how to cope with what is coming up next in your Immediate Future, and how to make it feel safer for you.

Module 4

You will learn advanced breathing exercises, that once you know them you will probably practice them every single day that you ride, because they relax your whole body and make you feel alive inside. Also your horse will enjoy these too as he or she feels your relaxed breath all around him.

You will learn movements 17 – 21 of The Equestrian Tai Chi Form.

You will learn how to cope with worries about the Future and prepare for it in a non-fixed way to allow for spontaneity.
