Or you may be thinking “I don’t have time for this!”

Not having enough time is a major problem now and it’s prevalent …. EVERYWHERE!

Now I’m not going to lie to you and say you don’t need to practice at all. How often you practice is totally up to you, but it is advisable to have a regular practice and to practice at least four days a week. Just so you know, it doesn’t take very long to practice the Equestrian Tai Chi sequence at all. It takes just about six minutes or under to complete the sequence for each side*.

The other thing to consider about time, is that you horse might like you to spend time with him practicing. When you practice on your horse, your actions not only calm and relax you, they also calm and relax your horse’s physical and etheric bodies as well.
