Open And Close With A Wave

Begin in the Wu Ji position.

Open your arms out to the sides until your hands reach shoulder height, being careful not to stretch back beyond the body.

Draw both hands in, so they are about six inches apart.

Repeat and continue.

Seal your Chi at the end of your practice.
