How working with energy opens our Heart-Mind and allows more connection with our horse

This episode is how working with our energy opens our Heart-Mind and allows more connection with our horse.

The Heart-Mind is regarded as being very important in Taoism. It is much more than just a combination of our emotions and our head, as the translated name in English might imply.

It is where our knowing and intent comes from before thought or language is formed.

Our Heart-Mind is what gives us the ability to perceive all and everything. The Heart-Mind has increasingly subtle levels of awareness.

It is through our Heart-Mind that we can perceive our Essence and our connection with the Tao.

Our Heart-Mind is how we mediate and experience, our relationship with everything.

Keeping my horse connected to me

This episode is about a way of keeping my horse connected to me.

Horses are more sensitive to energy than we are and in tune with Nature. If we can develop our energy to become able to feel in ourselves what our horse can sense in us, then we can develop a deeper connection, and then through this ability to feel we can connected with our horse at an even deeper level.

I mention the Tao Riding Program in this episode, which is open for registration at the moment.
