The Equestrian Tai Chi Form

Please look at this video to understand how Chi moves in your body through your Equestrian Tai Chi practice and how your energy field blends with your horse’s energy field.

How Chi moves in your body and how your energy field blends with your horse’s energy field

This is a video showing the beginning of The Equestrian Tai Chi Form, the little sequence that you will be learning in this mini course. In my upcoming course Equestrian Tai Chi To Build Confidence Riding, you can learn the rest of the sequence, it has over twenty movements.

It is best to learn the movements individually and practice each at least eight times before you move on to the next. The lessons listed below give audio visual instruction forĀ Wu Ji (which is technically not a movement, but is very important as it give you guidelines for posture), Beginning Style and To Seven Stars.
