Your hands rest palms down, on your thighs, with your fingers pointing down.

(a) Raise your arms upwards and outwards 45 degrees to sides, with your wrists lightly bent, your palms facing down and your fingers slightly hanging down.

(b) When your wrists are at shoulder height, extend the backs of your fingers.

(c) Draw both arms in an arc to the front, palms approaching each other with your left hand slightly higher, until the middle finger of your right hand gently rests on the pulse of your left wrist, the fingers of your left hand point upwards. (Seven Stars Position)
